Register your Event
All AV Tournaments and Qualifying Ranking Events (QRE’s) MUST be registered through AV and AA. Some events will also require registration through World Archery (WA)
Clubs wishing to conduct events will need to select the link shown below for further information and links to the relevant documents required for this to occur.

When conducting events an Event Checklist must be completed by the National Judge or AA Official running the National Event.
These Event Checklists must then be emailed to eventcheck@archery.org.au using the Event Verification Form linked below
All FULLY completed scorecards must be sent within 7 days to the AV Ranking List Submitter. Please email all Scoresheets to the Archery Victoria Ranking List Submitter at staterecorder@archeryvic.org.au
Scorecards are to be checked and certified against the Scores which have been entered by the club on Archers Diary – Only then will these Scores be accepted into the National Ranking List. Incomplete scorecards, or scorecards with errors will be rejected. It is the organisers responsibility to ensure that all archers taking part in their events are aware of their responsibility to complete scorecards correctly and to ensure that errors are corrected BEFORE submitting scorecards to the Archery Victoria Ranking List Submitter.
It is not up to the AV Ranking List Submitter to chase scorecards. !!!
Please check and ensure you are shooting the correct distance at your QRE’s. If your Club is holding a QRE, please notify the AV Ranking List Submitter via eventreg@archeryvic.org.au of the registered dates.

If you want to submit or edit an event for inclusion in the Archery Victoria Calendar please fill out the form below. Please note, tournaments will only be included subject to approval by the Archery Victoria Board. QRE’s will only be accepted for dates not currently allocated to tournaments. QREs must be registered with AA prior to inclusion in the Calendar
