How to use this form
Use this form to submit a new coach listing or request an update to an existing coach listing.
If you are submitting a new coach listing, please complete as many relevant fields as possible.
If you are updating an existing coach listing, select the coach name from the existing listing field, then only complete the fields that need to be changed. For example, if you only need to update an email address, simply enter the new email address and leave the rest of the form blank.
All submissions are reviewed by Archery Victoria before being published or updated.
